Jordan McGregor has today been recognized Top award-winning Real Estate agent. This recognition is, in part, a result of McGregor’s work within the Real Estate Investment arena, specifically Male work Jordan has worked with clients and companies from all over North America to develop custom strategies for wealth creation in real estate. Jordan and his team have a specialty in multi-unit transactions and development. Jordan has been recognized by multiple Brokerages as an industry leader and consistent top salesperson both at a brokerage and national standing. Jordan has also been consulted by numerous companies and organizations to design systems for client management and lead generation due to his exceptional performance in the Real Estate industry.

McGregor, a native of Kingston, Ontario, has been involved in real estate for 20 years, however, was originally a Police Officer for a large metropolitan Service prior to becoming a full-time Real Estate Agent. Jordan began his journey into real estate at a young age, buying his first property at 19 and converting it into an income-producing asset. His passion for real estate grew quickly and Jordan began to acquire more property through the BRRR model, repeating the process and improving on his strategies and techniques. Upon becoming a licensed Realtor after a distinguished career in policing, Jordan decided to impart his knowledge and experience and teach other people how to efficiently grow their wealth through real estate. Jordan become well-known in the industry and has since been hired to consult with companies and investor groups to help them grow their real estate portfolios through systematic processes. Since starting out as an independent agent in 2014 Jordan has become an industry leader in his field. He now helps other real estate agents with his proprietary sales courses and continues to work with his clients to ensure they meet their goals in wealth creation. In response to a question on the driving force behind his success, McGregor explained that it really boiled down to how he capitalized on the power of leverage and using debt to multiply your returns on real estate assets. While not coined by Jordan, he agrees with Billionaire Andrew Carnegie who famously said that 90% of millionaires got their wealth by investing in real estate. Jordan’s desire to be exceptional has always been a part of who he is. From a young age, Jordan looked to create productive processes to complete tasks more effectively and to a higher standard than others. This work ethic translated into real estate and Jordan began to Reimagine Real Estate the minute he became a licensed real estate agent. Jordan became an industry leader quickly, bringing in fresh new ideas on how to better serve his clients in a crowded and confusing market. His methods and techniques have been replicated across the industry and stimulated the masses to think creatively. Jordan lives by two fundamental philosophies; Treat every client as if they are your only client and failing to plan is planning to fail. Jordan has been seen giving this advice to HGTV’s Scott McGillivray in a recent online commercial!

Reflecting on the recognition McGregor is quoted as saying: “I don’t believe in luck, it’s simply the ability to recognize opportunity and capitalize on it. “

In a recent one-to-one interview, McGregor reminisced on other past achievements, which helped build momentum toward the present day. Notably, one of the proudest was while having been the recipient of numerous accolades throughout his life, when it comes to his performance as a top producing Realtor as a member of The Real Estate Group at Re/max, Jordan is proud to be a member of the Diamond Club League with Re/max Canada. This award recognizes top producers in the country for their outstanding performance and contributions to the organization.

In the same interview, McGregor stated his intentions for the future. Jordan will be launching multiple technology tools for real estate professionals and investors across North America. After having success in his mentoring, both in Canada and the US, Jordan has created a state-of-the-art training system for real estate agents in any market. The new program will be launched in 2023 and accessible online for all users. Jordan is also currently completing an investment analyzing tool for investors to help them sift through all the white noise in this tumultuous market. The tool will take property from purchase to BRRR completion and provide the key metrics any investor needs to assess a property before purchase. This particular online tool will be commercially available to purchase in Q1 2023. Looking further ahead, Jordan will continue to bring new ideas to the forefront of real estate as an authority in the real estate world. His vision is to bring the entirety of his knowledge and experience to agents and clients alike, to help them become successful. The ultimate goal for the future is to provide proprietary systems and tools that can be widely used by anyone to help level the playing field and be successful.

When asked more personally about how Jordan wants to be perceived and remembered, McGregor said: “I want to be seen as someone who can capitalize on opportunity and help others do the same. “
